Refund policy

Furniture Manor Return Policy:

• In-Stock Floor Items: Returns for in-stock items purchased from our showroom must be made within 10 days of the delivery date. Items must be in their original condition.

• Custom Orders: Custom-made furniture orders are subject to a 20% restocking fee if returned. These items are non-returnable unless there is a manufacturing defect.

• General Return Conditions: Returns are accepted based on standard furniture store policies. Items must be in their original, unused condition, and any delivery or pickup fees associated with the return will be the customer’s responsibility.
